Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time, all sales are final.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order is incorrect you have up to 7 days to reach out after order is delivered.  You can always contact us for any questions at info@ekonbrand.com.
